Bosses in Dungeon Defenders are unique monsters with a substantially higher amount of HP and damage.

They appear at the end of some campaign maps, with a countdown that allows you to do what you need before they show up.

Boss Rewards can also be seen with Map rewards, as they currently are 5/6 of the current possible None-challenge map rewards. (applies at 3rd november 2011)
