Deadly Striker Tower (DST) - A tower rarely used, the Deadly Striker does impressive damage at a large cost. The Deadly Striker Tower will shoot through any obstacle, including walls and floors, and has the longest range of any tower in the game currently. The down side of this being that the tower has an extremely long charge up time and lacks control. The tower will prefer flying enemies, Dark Elf Warriors and Dark Elf Mages over lesser creatures.
The Deadly Striker Tower also has a very thin firing angle, seemingly making it prohibitively difficult to use without very precise information about enemy approaches. However, with a little extra information this apparent curse is a blessing in disguise. Despite its charging animation, the Deadly Striker will always hit the target it has begun to fire at, even if the target leaves the firing cone. Therefore, if an enemy's path passes through any part of the firing cone this tower will be able to fire at full speed and effect. Additionally, this thin cone means that it can be carefully targeted at one specific group of enemies, such as a key wyvern approach path. Clever players have been able to position these towers to hit an ogre's approach while ignoring the rest of an entrance by using the ogre's great height (and also positioning the path to include a wyvern approach path or other useful target).
These towers prove to be quite useful for the Death From Above challenge, as they can deal huge strikes to Wyverns as they fly in from a very long way away.

| Base | 134 | 8 | 780 | 17.00 | 8.00 | 150 | 150 |
| 1 | 275 | 8 | 1562 | 19.56 | 5.69 | 100 | 250 |
| 2 | 451 | 8 | 2479 | 21.42 | 4.63 | 200 | 450 |
| 3 | 764 | 8 | 4122 | 23.76 | 3.66 | 400 | 850 |
| 4 | 1160 | 8 | 6164 | 25.72 | 3.05 | 700 | 1550 |
| 5 | 1664 | 8 | 8735 | 27.50 | 2.61 | 1220 | 2770 |
- Upgrading a hero defense increases its damage by 10% each level, and its health, aura lifespan or trap detonation charge number by 20% each level. (A level 5 defense will deal 50% more damage and have 100% more health than an un-upgraded defense).
- On the other hand, upgrading a hero defense will mean that it acts as if the Hero has a higher Defense Area of Effect and Defense Attack Rate. A level 1 turret has a bonus of 2 to all stats, while a level 5 turret has a bonus of 36 to all stats.
- While the hero who summoned the tower is active, damage is increased by 33% (PC).
- Current as of PC version: 7.36c.
