Defense Boost is a Monk ability that repairs and increases overall statistics of towers within range of the aura radiating from the Monk.

Defense boost stacks with apprentice guardian or buffbeam boosts (although apprentice guardians and buffbeams do not stack with each other). The percentage increase is added after the guardian/beams increase, making this an extremely useful skill against ogres, djinn and bosses.

As of PC Patch 7.27, Defense Boost increases the effectiveness of towers along the following approximated ramp.
