The Penny Arcade Character Pack is downloadable content for the PC that was released on 05 April 2012. It was also available for free to those who visited the Reverb Publishing booth during PAX East 2012.
It includes the Tycho (Squire), Annarchy (Huntress), Jim Darkmagic (Apprentice) and Cardboard Tube Samurai (Monk) hero costumes for the four original hero classes. These are based off fictional characters from various Penny Arcade comic strips.

Penny Arcade characters have invaded Dungeon Defenders! You can now play as your favorite Penny Arcade characters, Tycho, Cardboard Tube Samurai, Annarchy, and Jim DarkMagic, in Dungeon Defenders! If you look around hard enough, you might even find your very own cardboard tube sword!

- The DLC was available for free at PAX East 2012. It is priced (not including sales) at $1.99 USD on Steam.
- Both the Monk and the Apprentice PAX costumes grant a roughly 20% HP boost.
